How long will it take to receive my item?
All items are made to order, no items are kept in stock therefore, please allow a 3 day processing time plus shipping. Where possible we aim to get items out as quickly as possible.
Australia Post is currently experiencing delays. Once shipped, My Sweet Fix is not responsible for delays.
Should your order be urgent or you require it delivered by a certain date, you are welcome to contact us directly via email or phone to see if we can accommodate a rush order. Please note a rush order may attract an additional fee.
Shipping information
My Sweet Fix uses an external courier for standard shipping and Australia post for Express. Express post is 1-3 business days, however, on occasion postal delays may occur. My Sweet Fix cannot be held responsible for delays once shipped. We are of course always happy to assist where we can to follow up a missing or delayed parcel.
Returns and Exchanges
Our priority is to ensure you love your item, therefore, if you order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds, exchanges and credits will not be offered for postage delays.
